Suitable for children and adults. 2 years and older.

Temporarily relieves muscle and joint pain and soreness associated with one or more of the following conditions: back pain, lumbago, contusions, strains/sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments), and arthritis pain.

The combination of active ingredients provides a cooling, soothing sensation upon application and an anti-inflammatory action for a quick return to activity.

Apply 5 to 8 sprays in a thin, even layer on the affected area 3 to 4 times a day, for 1 to 2 weeks or as needed.
Rub in and/or massage into the skin until the preparation disappears.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply on wounds or damaged skin. Do not cover with a bandage. Do not inhale. Do not apply with an external heat source such as an electric heating pad: this could result in excessive irritation or burning of the skin.

Recommended Dose:
Adults and Teens (12 years and older), Children (2-12 years): 0.5-1.0 milliliter 3-4 times daily. For children 2-12 years of age, application should be supervised by an adult.

Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur. If this occurs, discontinue use. Irritation and/or burning may occur; in this case, discontinue use.

Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days, or if symptoms return after a few days. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If pain, swelling or blistering occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
